Wellness Classes
We offer Yoga and Pilates wellness classes that are taught by skilled instructors. All fitness levels are welcome. Proper exercise clothing is recommended for your comfort and protection. Classes are complimentary with admission to the spa. Private Yoga or Pilates Session available by special arrangement.
As part of the Nob Hill Spa’s commitment to overall wellness, we’re offering a series of wellness workshops this fall and winter to be held in the spa’s yoga studio. Space for each class is limited, so please call (415) 345-2888 to reserve your spot soon.

Wellness Library
The Nob Hill Spa maintains a Wellness Library for your use during your visit with us. Choose from books and CDs on topics such as stress reduction, meditation and healthy living. Also available for your use in our yoga studio is a library of yoga, pilates and meditation tapes when a class is not progress.
