WELLNESS PROGRAM

The Nob Hill Spa Wellness Program is based on a combination of eastern and western exercise and mind/body techniques practiced throughout San Francisco. Focusing on longevity and wellness, the classes balance and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit.


Yoga
This ancient practice is a series of postures and exercises that work to revitalize and strengthen the body and mind. Additionally, deep stretches are held to encourage release of the muscles and promote flexibility and relaxation. Finally, relaxation and breathing exercises bring participants to a state of calm and serenity.

Pilates Mat
Pilates is a powerful rehabilitation tool used for nearly a century by everyone from athletes to medical professionals. Pilates is an exercise for everyone, low-impact, low resistance and gentle on the joints. The movements focus on strengthening the core of the body, allowing for improved posture, increased range of motion, and a higher level of body awareness.

 

SF Walk
Take an invigorating walk around the historic neighborhoods of San Francisco. Whether you are interested in a leisurely stroll or the challenge of the signature San Francisco hills, your instructor will customize your walk to your own individual needs. The walk can be around Nob Hill or venture in to surrounding neighborhoods such as Chinatown and Russian Hill. Take in the majestic Victorians and breathe in the refreshing ocean air.
